An avatar for the show floor that doesn't depend on the venue's Wi-Fi
Show halls, galleries and store floors are where networks fail. bitHuman renders on the local machine — a Mac or a Linux PC — so the avatar doesn't stream from a data center. For stands with no dependable connection at all, an offline license lets a Linux machine run with no internet.
On the local machine
The avatar renders on the kiosk's own computer. An online session checks your credential when it starts and keeps rendering through a network drop of up to 5 minutes.
No venue internet
Offline license is only available to Business and Enterprise clients who want to run realtime avatars completely locally, off the internet — e.g. kiosks, trade shows, ATM machines, embedded screens. Linux PCs and terminals; arranged through sales.
From 100,000 credits. Essence 1 runs fully offline on Linux (x86_64 and ARM64) today. Essence 2 and Expression 2 offline come later. Expression 1 runs in the bitHuman cloud only.
Operating notes
An always-on kiosk uses credits for all active session time, talking or idle, so size your credit pack for opening hours. Setup and restart guidance is in the docs.
