Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, so please cancel it there first: App Store subscriptions · Google Play subscriptions. A plan paid on bithuman.ai is cancelled for you.
What we delete
- Your sign-in, so it no longer works in the app or on bithuman.ai.
- Your credits, minutes and plan.
- Your API secrets.
- Organizations you own, with their members and keys.
What we keep, and for how long
- A closed record of your account (email and sign-in ID), plus the emails and sign-in IDs that got welcome credits, so those credits can't be claimed twice.
- Purchase records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Reports you sent: we unlink them from you and drop your note and your words, keep the character's reply for safety review, and clear it 180 days after the report is resolved.
- Avatars you made and their conversations aren't removed yet. Delete your avatars on bithuman.ai first, or write to us and we'll remove them.
